We start with a short conversation with your family to understand your relative's daily preferences, interests, and personality. From there we suggest a companion who is a natural fit — someone with shared interests or a calm, unhurried manner suited to your relative's pace.
How often will visits happen and can we change the schedule?
Visits are arranged to a routine that suits your household — typically one to three times per week. Schedules can be adjusted when your family's situation changes. We ask for a reasonable notice period and are happy to talk through any adjustments at any time.
What does the Family Coordination service actually involve day to day?
After an initial planning session, we put together a written support plan and a shared family timeline. We gather useful local information — community groups, helpful local contacts, social activities in Kota Kinabalu — and keep that information current so relatives don't have to search for it themselves.
My parent is not confident with phones. How does the technology help work?
We set up the device together in your relative's home, at a comfortable pace. Everything is explained simply, without jargon. We leave a large-print quick guide nearby and schedule a few gentle practice sessions. A short refresher visit is available later if confidence needs a top-up.

Each service has a clearly stated fee in Malaysian Ringgit — RM 480 for Companionship Visit Coordination, RM 1,950 for Family Coordination, and RM 4,500 for Technology Connection Help. There are no hidden charges. Any optional add-ons are discussed and agreed before they are arranged.
How does Kirana handle the privacy of our household information?
